Dani Prisacariu

I am a somatic coach and bodyworker based in Brussels, certified with the Strozzi Institute and trained in the lineage of generative somatics.
I work with people in transition who are ready to move beyond insight and into embodied change. People who have done the therapy, know their patterns, and are tired of how much they understand about themselves without it changing how they feel. People carrying the particular exhaustion of living at a distance from themselves.

My practice is queer-affirming, trauma-informed, and rooted in a social justice understanding of how bodies are shaped not just by personal history, but by culture, expression, and the cost of being different in the worlds we move through.
In our work together we build somatic awareness, shift patterns hero in the body, and practice new ways of being. Between sessions, you practice. Change comes through rehearsal, not just insight.

I offer 1:1 somatic coaching and bodywork in Brussels and online, small group programs, and full-day workshops. Sessions are 75 to 90 minutes. We meet weekly or every two weeks.
