H.D. Lee

Hi, my name is H.D. Lee. As a holistic life coach, I help my clients address a very wide range of problems in their life, be it relational, professional, personal, emotional, familial, or spiritual. I am able to do this because I have experienced a lot of the issues one might experience in modern life, including serious heartbreaks, depression, loss of meaning and purpose, loneliness, divorce, single parenting, big financial losses, career change, and changing my life by moving to different countries and continents. I know what I do works because its has worked for me and for many of my clients.

Being holistic in my work means I give equal emphasis to the work and evolution of your personality, spirituality, physicality, and the development and expression of your potential in a pragmatic, experiential, and meaningful manner. We would approach this important work of self-exploration and personal growth from your current and ongoing challenges, changes, and transitions, which could be any aspect of your life.

My approach is pragmatic and experiential in that we work with concrete problems (or define them clearly) and use these as a passage ways and benchmarks by which we can delve into the work, as well as assess your progress and development. You will learn concepts, frameworks, processes, and specific practices from our sessions, and you will be given work to do in between sessions. My sessions with you are highly interactive, proactive, and dynamic. I prepare my sessions with specific objectives, yet I’m also able to adapt to your in-the-moment needs and aims. My methods and tools come from a wide range of sources. I follow up each session with a full written report that many of my clients find valuable. I also support your ongoing work by email as long our work continues.

By working with me, you choose someone who has the knowledge, experience, and commitment to live the things he talks about. In addition to my training and professional background, my life experience is probably my most valuable point of reference in working with you.

I work in Brussels in person and online, in English, Chinese (中文), and French (français). I’m still learning Flemish.
