Welcome to Conscious Nomads,
I accompany individuals who long to feel more resilient and authentic - in their work, their relationships and inner life.
As Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP), Integral Somatic Psychology™ Practitioner (ISPP) and Co-Active® Coach, I help my clients identify and integrate repressed emotions, limiting beliefs, and self-sabotaging patterns to foster personal growth and authenticity.
My work is informed by some of the most effective modalities: Somatic Experiencing® (SE), , Integral Somatic Psychology™ (ISP™), Inner Relationship Focusing™, NeuroAffective Relational Model® (NARM®), Co-Active® Coaching, HeartMath®, SOMA Embodiment®, Hakomi® and Systemic Coaching.
I am particularly attentive to Cross-Cultural dynamics, transgenerational themes, developmental patterns and the adaptive strategies that once helped us belong or succeed but may now limit our aliveness, creativity or ease in the world.
My intention is to offer a gentle space where you can slow down and reconnect with your wisdom.
Our sessions are collaborative, paced, and resource oriented. We follow your nervous system’s rhythm : supporting regulation, building increased capacity, and allowing integration to unfold organically. I value warmth, presence, and authenticity in our work together.
Sessions are available in English and French, in Belgium or online.
