Hello and welcome,

I work with everyone who struggles with connection - with themselves, with others, and with the Ultimate. Drawing on a background in psychology, attachment repair, authentic relating, circling, and bodywork, I help you develop deeper self-understanding, build genuine and fulfilling connections, and move closer to what you consider sacred or valuable.
Trained in Tibetan Buddhism, Tantric Shaivism, and Christian mysticism, I think alongside you from a trans-spiritual framework (all perspectives are welcome) about finding meaning in a complex world

I look forward to meeting you.
