Hallo, ik ben Thalia. Als coach en arbeidspsycholoog begeleid ik professionals die willen groeien in hun carrière en leiderschap.

Misschien sta je op een kantelpunt in je loopbaan, wil je meer richting en duidelijkheid, of merk je dat je vastloopt in je rol. Misschien werk je in een internationale of complexe omgeving en zoek je houvast in hoe je jezelf positioneert en ontwikkelt.

Over mij
Ik combineer mijn achtergrond als arbeids- en organisatiepsycholoog met meer dan 10 jaar ervaring als coach, adviseur en HR-professional in internationale en complexe werkomgevingen (humanitaire sector, corporate en overheid).
Ik werkte in diverse interculturele contexten (Zuid-Amerika, Afrika, Europa en Zuid-Azië) en begeleid vandaag professionals die willen groeien in impact, richting en leiderschap.
Mijn stijl is persoonlijk, empathisch en praktisch: we gaan dieper dan oppervlakkige inzichten, maar altijd met focus op concrete stappen en duurzame vooruitgang.

Praktisch
Coaching gebeurt volledig online en kan in het Nederlands, Engels of Duits.

About me
I combine my background in organizational psychology with more than 10 years of experience as a coach, advisor, and HR professional in international and complex environments (humanitarian, corporate, and public sector).
I have worked across diverse intercultural contexts (South America, Africa, Europe, and South Asia), and today support professionals who want to grow in impact, direction, and leadership.
My style is personal, empathic, and practical: we go beyond surface-level insights, always with a focus on concrete steps and sustainable growth.

Practical
All coaching sessions take place online and are available in Dutch, English, or German.
